OUR CSI KEEPS GOING UP, UP AND AWAY!

The January CSI scores are in and we had a big jump in both Sales and Service Scores. In Sales the PDS score came in at 82.4. In Service our SSS score came in at 75.8. We congratulate the entire Autocity Of Pinecrest team for their tremendous effort in helping us increase our Customer Satisfaction scores. The AUTOCITY TOUCH is working!
